One of the most competitive trans-Tasman rivalries continues in 2013, the Silver Ferns are taking on Australia in five tests in the New World Constellation Cup and SKY Sport has all the LIVE coverage of these exciting fixtures.

ANZChampionshipFox Sports in Australia has confirmed that they will air every match of the netball’s upcoming ANZ Championship, meaning kiwi audiences will be able to watch their team’s away games on Sky TV.

The eleventh-hour announcement comes as Sky TV were contemplating flying staff to Australia to cover the matches there so kiwi audiences could watch games that involve NZ teams.

Fox Sports confirmed in a press release today that they will cover all 69 matches.

Sky Television’s dedication to bringing fans world class netball action continues through October and November with every game of the New World Series – 2012 Quad Series live from both New Zealand and Australia.

The Silver Ferns camp has announced their strongest line-up available as they prepare for the inaugural series between current World  Champions Australia, New Zealand, England and South Africa.

The first half of the competition is being held across the Tasman in Adelaide, Newcastle and Sydney with Wellington, Tauranga and Hamilton hosting the second stanza through until November 1st. Continue reading »

New World Netball World Championships 2007
Saturday 17 November, 7.30pm

The final of the New World Netball World Championships 2007 will screen LIVE, tonight at 8.10pm on TV ONE. Coverage of the event will start at 7.30pm, hosted by Lavina Good, with top New Zealand sports broadcasters Julie Coney and Brendan Telfer heading a commentary team that includes Dean McLachlan, former Silver Ferns Jenny-May Coffin and Joan Hodson, Australian netball legend Anne Sargeant and guests.

I would’ve cheered for the Diamonds if they were in the major netball semi-final tonight. Instead I’ll be supporting the Magic. I like seeing van Dyke doing her stuff. Sooooooooo………….

Go The Magic!!!!!!!!!

Looking forward to the semi-final tonight. The Sting are favored to win, but I’ll be cheering for the underdof…. The Force. And then I’ll be supporting The Diamonds on Sunday.
