This series tells the story of some of the great iconic foods and cuisines of New York City, how and why they reached New York and where in New York they are produced today in their most traditional form. We are taken on a delightful tour and voyage of discovery in both New York and in Europe by the series host Angus Vail, through kitchens, venues & homes, some famous and some hidden gems.
