The co-creator of The Inbetweeners, Iain Morris, has said he is keen to create a sequel to the 2011 movie adaptation. “I miss working with Damon [Beesley, co-creator], and I miss the boys. They are four of the most talented comedic actors of their generation, and it would be wonderful to get another project going with them. I can hardly believe it’s been two years since we filmed The Inbetweeners Movie. Damon and I would like to do a sequel.”

Dawn French to judge Australia’s Got Talent

Breaking Bad’s Bryan Cranston will direct an upcoming episode of The Office. Cranston, who plays Walter White in Breaking Bad, will helm an episode in the show’s ninth season.

Staff at Jay Leno’s The Tonight Show laid-off

Twenty staff at The Tonight Show have been given the lay-off and Jay Leno has taken a huge paycut, as speculation increases that the show may be in trouble.

The show’s ratings have declined in the last couple of years (ever since the 2010 Conan O’Brien debacle), but the show remains one of NBC’s most valuable, which makes the lay-offs quite surprising.

Familiar face heads back to The Office

Walking Dead exec promises “crazy new stuff”

The Walking Dead executive Robert Kirkman has promised there will be new characters and some “crazy new stuff” in the second half of the second season. “I think we’re going to see some new characters very early on, introduced in our first episode back. There’s going to be a lot of cool stuff coming up.”

Dunder Mifflin paper to be made

Dunder Mifflin is set to become an actual brand of copy paper with news the fictional paper company from The Office will be produced by an American office supplies firm. The paper packages will come with slogans from the show, such as “Our motto is, ‘Quabity First’” and “Get Your Scrant On.”
