CBS inks massive 3 season renewal

The #1 primetime comedy in the US, The Big Bang Theory, has been renewed for 3 more seasons and will see the cornerstone series run through until at least 2016/17.  This will take the hit series through to it’s 10th season and with it, the very likely chance of payrises for the cast.

Southland actor Ben McKenzie has opened up about the cancellation of the LA cop series, saying he hopes audiences take away an impression of it as an honourable show. “I just hope we made a good show and people enjoyed it and I hope it stands up. I hope people can watch years from now and say ‘That was a good episode’, ‘I like what they did there’, ‘I like his performance’, or ‘I like that shot’.”
