We reported last week that the veteran broadcaster was ill again after having a brain tumour removed last March.

Phillip-LeishmanBroadcaster Phillip Leishman is said to be ill again following a return of his cancer.

The former Wheel of Fortune presenter had an operation for a brain tumour in March 2012 and although it was successful, the cancer has returned.

He is being treated at his St Heliers home in Auckland.

Leishman is currently the host of HSBC Golf Club on Sky.

We have two sessions, one starting at 12:15 pm and one starting at 2:15 pm, each one records a couple of episodes, so you get to see Jason and Sonia more than once!

Hey there, just wanting to confirm a few things I found out about WoF when I went to the weekend filming.

– Jason Gunn is the official host. He is assisted by the lovely Sonia Grey.
– You can also have a chance to win by playing at home. You can txt the puzzle answer in for the chance to win big prizes.
– Saturday they filmed the final pilot show for TVNZ executives, and are looking to get underway fully in April.
– Filming will comprise of doing 5 shows a night when it’s underway.
– It all looks FANTASTIC!!! (Or as David Tua would say, O for Orsome!)
