Approximately 90,000 women in the United States are currently incarcerated – many of them convicted of drug-related crimes. We go behind bars in three of the toughest prisons to examine the daily routines of the prisoners there: their drug use, their attempts at rehabilitation and how they deal with being separated from their children and families.
