Ugly Betty
Ugly Betty cancelled

ABC has cancelled Ugly Betty. Its fourth season will be the last.
ABC president Steve McPherson:
“We’ve mutually come to the difficult decision to make this Ugly Betty’s final season, and are announcing now as we want to allow the show ample time to write a satisfying conclusion. We are extremely proud of this groundbreaking series, and felt it was important to give the fans a proper farewell.”
Betty Continues Her Illicit Romance on Ugly Betty
5:30pm Monday, September 14 on TV2
Catch up with Ugly Betty in these handy half-hour instalments of the fashionista comedy-drama, every afternoon on TV2.
Betty continues her illicit romance but, as ever, things don't go according to plan. Desperate for a romantic evening, Betty and Henry plot a secret date to her favourite musical, Wicked, but when Daniel mistakenly thinks she's dating Gio (Freddy Rodriguez), he gifts her with tickets for the two of them instead - tickets which Gio refuses to give up, much to Betty's annoyance.
Daniel, meanwhile, woos an important advertiser, who turns out to be a cougar on the prowl - and she has him in her sights.
Ugly Betty gets cut up
I've noticed that next Monday, the 31st of August, TV2 is showing Ugly Betty reruns. Fine, nothing wrong with that...except the slot is for half an hour and Betty is a 1 hour shot...seems TV2 has cut the episodes in half with the first half of the one hour episode airing one day and the second half airing the next. (i.e. Monday Part 1 of Episode 1, Season 2 and Tuesday, Part 2 of Episode 1, Season 2)
This seems like an utterly bizarre decision...anyone know why the would do this?

Connor Owens (Grant Bowler) shows his true colours this week on Ugly Betty, when Mode’s finances come under scrutiny.
On an assignment from YETI (Young Editors Training Program), Betty and Marc notice something is astray while analyzing Mode's budget for the past year, and Betty knows who's been meddling with the accounts. Confronted by Betty about the information, Connor tries to frame her.
Matt (Daniel Eric Gold), meanwhile, is showering Betty with increased attention, and Betty holds some uncomfortable knowledge that old flame Henry has posted some unexpected news on Facebook. Also this week, we learn something big about Molly.
Old High School Foe
Things are getting trickier for TV2’s favourite fashionista, as Betty rises to battle old high school foe, Kimmie Keegan, in this week’s Ugly Betty.
In an effort to improve her career, Betty becomes project manager of a special issue of Mode, involving a photo shoot with international model Adriana Lima. Unfortunately, Betty finds herself competing with Kimmie (guest star Lindsay Lohan), who finally shows her true colours and attempts to take over the shoot.
Our very own Grant Bowler also guest stars as Connor Owen, a financial officer that Wilhelmina wants to hire but whom Daniel can't stand. Betty's father Ignacio, a new American citizen, prepares to vote for the first time, while Hilda takes advantage of the increased election traffic to promote her shop.
High School Nemesis
Betty is faced with a difficult situation when her old high school nemesis turns up, this week on Ugly Betty.
Kimmie Keegan, played by guest star Lindsay Lohan, comes asking for Betty's help in finding a job, and unfortunately for Betty, Daniel has decided that she needs an assistant. Betty reluctantly agrees to train her as a temp, but as Kimmie rises through ranks at Mode, Betty worries that Kimmie might take advantage of her again, like she did in high school.
Meanwhile, Justin auditions for a Broadway musical, and trying to cope with the loss of Junior, Daniel seeks solace from a dating service, with surprising results.
