Crashes, smashes and hilarious mud splashes return to 3 when the brand new season of the hit series Wipeout premieres its third season on Sunday, August 8th at 7:30pm on 3.

The third season of Wipeout will see the return of hosts John Anderson (ESPN's SportsCenter), John Henson (Talk Soup) and co-host Jill Wagner, however Executive Producer Matt Kunitz reveals that the new series will also bring with it a few changes.

"We changed 95% of the course, but we kept the Big Balls," Kunitz tells American TV Guide, referring to the show's signature inflated obstacles.

"We want it to be like 'The Price Is Right', where we're constantly changing the course but sometimes bringing back favourite games with new twists."
